$29 flat rate shipping for most orders via Australia Post, including tracking. Shipping fee may increase due to the size and weight of your order. If this is the case, a separate invoice will be sent to the email attached to the order.

Read the description of each product carefully before making a purchase, as these details will be included with any product that requires additional shipping costs/insurance, such as original artworks. Please allow us 1-2 weeks to pack your oder before mailing it out. International orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Keep in mind some countries may charge import duties and taxes, which are out of our control.

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind once the order has been shipped. As we handle and package everything very carefully from our end, we cannot be responsible for damages during transit, but please do contact us if something does happen to your parcel and we will do our best to help. If your item is officially confirmed to be lost, we can offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation since we are a small business and sell on behalf of artists.
